There are no words to express to my appreciation of your taking care of our insurance policy earlier this year. At the time, I honestly never thought we would need the insurance. It was a necessary housekeeping issue, but not one worth my attention. If you had not followed up with me, it would have slid. I know this for a fact. So I have to say....thank you. No doubt, we would have survived if we had been under insured but it would have been harder. Needless to say, we have fewer problems now because of you. Thank you again.
